We were welcomed when we came in, the ease of purchasing a vehicle was perfect no stress at all. We didn’t get the car we wanted but got approved for something else. That’s where the stress ended. Trying to get these guys money from my bank account was an issue, not on their end. But what was on their end was the fact that when I wire the money and it was sent, there was no one around to verify funds. Maybe have an accounting person work part-time on the weekends for four hours to do this and only have one day where there’s a holdup versus two. More
