Dealership in the past has been excellent. However on this last purchase items we paid for were not installed and the vehicle was still dirty when delivered. The sales person could not find keys for the cars we wanted to look at and wasted a lot of our time. In addition he did not offer to show us how all of the features of the car worked. More
