Our sales man Ethan was super nice and friendly, but then there were two different managers that got involved and were super rude to us. One was the sales manager, and not really sure who the other manager was. They were both very rude. Again we almost left. They made us feel like idiots for trying to get a better deal, like we were taking food out of their kids mouths or something. Ethan, your bosses were very close to losing you a sale. More
