Lino De La Rosa was great during my recent purchase of a 2023 F150 Lightning. Even though it is a newer type of vehicle for Chapman, Lino was able to walk me though the new truck seamlessly. There was a sign on the door requiring masks by Gov Wolf. None of the employees wore a mask covering their noses. Other customers were maskless in the waiting area.
