When a service manager ghosts you, not a good experience We brought our Volkswagen Routan to this dealership to handle an issue with the vehicle overheating. we actually had it towed into the dealership. T We brought our Volkswagen Routan to this dealership to handle an issue with the vehicle overheating. we actually had it towed into the dealership. They diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat and water pump. i paid almost $1000 to have the repairs completed. we picked the vehicle up and a few days later, we noticed the heat wasn't working. we dropped the car back and asked them to look at it, that maybe they forgot to plug something in or maybe this was somehow related. They completed diagnosis and said "it is totally unrelated to the previous repair. it was a pin hole puncture in a hose "a common problem with these cars" that repair would have cost another $500, so we decided to trade the car in for a different vehicle. we had a firm offer for the vehicle from a different car company. we located a car we wanted across town and on the way to drop the car off, the engine began overheating. my wife was on the highway, so it took her about 4 miles to get to a location where she could safely stop. she pulled over and the engine seized. we had the car towed to a repair shop and they said the engine was condemned. We called Rafael Sandoval that day (Friday) and he committed to call my wife back to let her know if VW would warranty the repair they completed. he told her he would call back on Monday. We didn't hear from him so we called 2 times per day since to try and reach him before we dispose of the car. it is now late Thursday (5 days) and he has not called. I spoke to him initially because the other staff gave me bad information. He came on strong and said all the right things but his follow through sucks. At this point i need to get the vehicle out of the repair shop. I am going to reach out to VW corporate care before i junk it. More

I have been in many times, from the routine maintenance, to the not so routine problem that needed fixing, as well as, any Recalls that have come up. Every time has been a Great Experience! Polite, efficient, courteous, and Zero turn backs. It is done right the first time on my TDI Passat. More

New DSG for my R32 After 12 years and over 270,000 miles, my 2008 R32 needed a new DSG transmission. Service was performed within a week which included locating a new DS After 12 years and over 270,000 miles, my 2008 R32 needed a new DSG transmission. Service was performed within a week which included locating a new DSG and having it shipped to Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. Car has performed well with no problems. The only remaining issue is I forgot to bring in a 10% off coupon which would be a substantial savings considering the price of the repair. I'm hoping they will honor the coupon considering the repair was completed last Friday (8/23). Despite my forgetfulness, my service adviser, Rafael Sandoval, is great to work with. He keeps me informed during any service visit and is very professional and respectful with me at all times. Thanks to Mr. Sandoval and the Service Techs, I'll be back for my next scheduled service - hopefully with my coupon this time! More

Appreciated that staff offered and explained recommended services but were not "pushy" about anything - like they were more interested in maintaining a long-term service relationship with me than just hitting some short-term sales goal. This is a nice facility. Very clean, well-lit, and comfortable to wait in. It's a very good location. Biggest negative is that service at dealership is usually most pricey, but I like assurance that everything is done right. And so far (knock on wood) regular maintenance at dealer has avoided need for any major repair four years into ownership of this vehicle. More
