I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told at the mileage on my vehicle that I needed to get the brake fluids replaced. I asked how much it was and if it would add extra time to my I was told at the mileage on my vehicle that I needed to get the brake fluids replaced. I asked how much it was and if it would add extra time to my wait. I was told the price and that no it wouldn't add extra time. I was there for two hours. After one hour and 20 minutes I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes and my car would be ready. Another 30 minutes passed and I asked how much longer was told it would be done soon. Two hours for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. If it was the brake fluids that added the extra time, I should have been informed correctly, in which case I would have stuck with only the oil change because I didn't have two hours to waste at the dealership. It was poor service and poor communication. More

I felt like Rainer disregarded my details when dropping the car off then it sat for almost a week before it got acknowledged. I had to explain everything completely over to the technician so he understood the car off then it sat for almost a week before it got acknowledged.
