Not only is Keifer knowledgeable about Kia, he also believes and is confident in what he is selling. There is an aura of excitement around him that is contagious. What started out as a "we are just going to look and see what they have to say" turned out to be a "we're sold. we are going to buy this 2016 Kia Sedona" (even though Al Serra was offering a $2000 rebate compared to McDonald's $1000 rebate we ended up going to McDonald's because of Keifer).
