Raleigh Fouch at Ford Hyundai of Kirkland

I bought a used Benz at this Dealership. Not 48 hours later in broke down. They repaired if for free even though I bought it AS IS. Great customer care at this Dealership. Got me the car I wanted for a price I could afford.

Raleigh is the consummate professional with 20+ years at Ford. I thought I knew which truck I wanted but he insisted we look at models/options/pricing, saving me ~10k and I have exactly what I want. Could not recommend Raleigh enough the same as he was recommended to me.

We purchased a new F150 and an Explorer from them in the last 30 days. It is our third vehicle as we traded in the first truck we purchased 7 years ago. Very pleased with the experience and the great financing available on the two cars.
I did not feel at any time I was being "worked" and they were trying to earn our business.
They have a great service department as well. I would recommend Raleigh, he is a genuine car guy through and through. He loves his product, knows it and wants his customers to know thier cars as well. So much so we are coming back for a "training" on all the neat things our new cars feature.

We just bought our first truck from Raleigh Fouch at Ford of Kirkland. We were very happy with Raleigh's ability to answer all our newbie questions which helped us make the right truck decision for us. He did not pressure us into getting anything we didn't need and provided very good advice appropriate for our situation. He was very responsive to email which worked great for us. He kept us up to date while we waited for the truck to be built, and he made the process of taking delivery of the truck quite smooth.

I shopped several Seattle area Ford dealers to factory order a new Ford Edge. Unfortunately I found most of the salesmen I contacted to be high pressure, untrustworthy, and generally ignorant about the product they were selling....that is, until I met Raleigh Fouch. He was just the opposite, and made the experience of purchasing a new car pleasurable. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a new Ford product.
