We had absolutely the best automobile purchasing experience ever. Our experience was mainly due to professionalism of Mr. Ralph S. Kurland, the sales person who so kindly and gently dealt with us in our effort to choose a car that would interest us. He was not pushy nor was he trying to persuade us to purchase something that we were not interested in buying, or that appealed to us. He never tried to persuade us to buy new over used, or used over new. He simply asked what were we interested in, to include color, style, and size, what were we looking for in the vehicle? We also had a great and easy overall purchasing process with the Business Mgr. Bill Scarbrough; and Jeff Rizzo the Sales Mgr.. Everyone that we came into contact with showed personal interest in us. There were other sales persons there, but Mr. Kurland was the one who came out to greet us and to find out what our interests were? More

Subaru of kennesaw employs one of the most down to earth salesperson i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm sure all the personnel at Subaru of kennesaw are excellent at their jobs..... but Ralph is the reason I went back !! I would refer him to friends and family alike !! More

I just purchased my first used Subaru Forester. Ralph was courteous, truthful, considerate and had MY interest at heart in making sure every detail, concern, or question was answered about my Forester. This has been a terrific experience knowing your salesperson is all for YOU and not out to just sell you a car. I love driving my Subaru because I feel safe, I can see over the hood (I'm short), and I believe I got more of a car with all the bells and whistles than I deserved! We had a very positive experience with all the staff at Subaru of Kennesaw. Specially with Ralph Kurland as we worked with him to obtain our budget goal and features we wanted in a vehicle. At no point did we feel pressure to make an ill advised purchase and this kept us coming back. We started working with Ralph on Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon we had closed on a deal that we felt met our budget and vehicle needs. Ralph was personable and professional, this is not always easy to achieve. As women buying a vehicle at no point did he dumb down his explanation which was inclusive of mechanical as well as features of the vehicle. As we closed on the sale, Bill explained all the options to us for extended warranties and he did so in such a way that we did not want to get up and run away as is typical of this experience. We felt like we received well thought out recommendations and felt confident choosing our options. Thank you Bill. We would certainly recommend Ralph and Subaru of Kennesaw to friends and family. More

We came in close to closing because the dealership is over an hour away from us. The team at Subaru of Kennesaw stayed late to make sure we drove away in our new car!
