A native Oregonian who started sweeping the floors of his father’s dealership in 1958, Ralph has been in the automotive industry his whole life. He moved to Eugene in 1970 to work for the Porsche-Audi dealership and met the love of life, Dianne, who was to become his wife and the mother of his three children; Anthony, Michael, and Rachael. Ralph Joined Mercedes-Benz of Eugene in 1999 and has been the General Manager for the last 23 years. Ralph has always believed in being a great community partner and is involved with several organizations that support philanthropic endeavors to help Eugene grow. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and playing golf.

The staff is warm , informative, inviting, helpful, and kind, just for starters!!!! The establishment is clean and when I get my car back it is always cleaner!(not to mention , always fixed correctly 😊). Not only does MB of Eugene take care of my car, they take care of me.‘ whether it is accommodating a ride to a place while my car is being serviced or a rental or just a listening ear, they hit this out of the parking lot every time!!! This dealership isn’t just another place that sells cars, they have created a business of truly making the customer feel that they are family! This establishment has an amazing work ethic with attention to details and compassion that makes me one satisfied happy customer! Thank you for being in Eugene and taking care of me and my car!!
