I am probably 11 cars deep into this dealership. They always treat me like a king and member of the family. Sales ED is my go to man when buying or trading. Never coming back! I tried several times to forget about the service but the last straw was when Ralph forgot I was waiting for a ride home. After 90 minutes I went to the desk and asked when I will get my ride! My quote for service was 2675.00 and when I picked my truck up the bill was almost 3200.00! I have given this business a lot of service but in the future will take it elsewhere. More

I was not told that my car would be looked at 'when they had time' or else I wouldn't have towed it there. I didn't have a car for 3 days. I didn't hear anything and had to keep following up for 2 days. The receipt said fluids were checked and topped off and my car was washed. Not true. The receipt also said diagnostics were ran, tire tread checked etc, but since the fluids and car washing was a lie i'm assuming that is also untrue. More
