I have been looking for a car for over 6 months. I finally went online and got a response from Jamie Ambler at Sloan Toyota. I wasn't going to go there since there is a Toyota dealer 1 mile from my ho finally went online and got a response from Jamie Ambler at Sloan Toyota. I wasn't going to go there since there is a Toyota dealer 1 mile from my home in Conshohocken. After some hesitation I went. What a GREAT move. I met with Craig Appel the general manager who put me in the hands of an awesome Sales Consultant Ramiz (Rami) Khalaf. I felt that they were truely concerned in me getting the vehicle I wanted and worked with me to make this happen. I did go to the dealership close to my home and felt like I was being taken for a "stupid women" which is so far from the truth....Since I made my deal with Sloan it goes to show what a SMART women I really am....Thanks so much to the staff at Sloan. You made this a pleasurable experience and I will be traveling to get my service done at your facility also. I am now one of your DEDICATED customers! More

Ramiz Khalaf was very friendly and professional. Service was fast, car pricing was consistent with the quote from the newspaper. They did not try to sell me something other than what I came for. Plain and simple, this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I have owned over 13 cars in the past 14 years. I know that's a lot of cars. But I love them, what can I say. So I have plenty of experience buying cars and working with dealership personnel. After doing plenty of searching and haggling with other dealers, Tri county, Freedom and Performance Toyota. I found my price, with the options I wanted on my 2011 Tundra Rock Warrior. I called Devon Toyota and got Mike Nasrat. I told Mike what I wanted and what I could pay. With out hesitation he said. We can do that! I didn't get the run around like I did from every other dealer I spoke with. We did as much as we could over the phone. I then came in on a Saturday and was in and out very fast. The dealer ship is clean, and all the staff are polite and professional. My truck was clean and detailed and all options were installed and ready for me when I got there. The sales man Mr. Kalif was knowledgeable, fast and efficient and above all a professional. I also worked with the finance manger in the back, I wish I could remember her name. She was so friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. She knew her stuff. Plus while filling out my paper work we talked fishing! Can't beat that! So at the end of the sale, I find out that Mike Nasrat is the Gm. Mike was hands on with my sale, unlike many other Gm's. He asked how I liked my truck. He was always checking on how the transaction was going and how I was. The best part of the day, was not only I got a great new truck at a great price. Mike came out and thanked me and gave me his direct line if I needed anything. I don't think you can buy piece of mind like that. Thank you again everyone from Sloane Toyota Of Devon. More

I bought 2011 Camry SE on Feb. 23, 2011 at Sloane Toyota of Devon. The salesperson as Ramiz Khalaf was so kind and gave me best offer. I got 0% finance rate and additional option. My wife and I were greeted warmly by Ramiz and never felt pressured to buy. He answered all of our questions and we felt we made our best, informed buying decision. Ramiz worked wit us on negotiating a lower price, and gave us a fair value for trading in our old car with 207K miles on it! I would highly recommend asking for Ramiz if you are shopping for a Toyota/Scion on the Main Line! When we went to do the financing, Tom was great as well. He explained all of the optional services, extended warranties, etc. to us, and we never felt pressured to accept any of them. We were happy with the terms we came to, and again, felt that we made the best, most informed buying decision we could. We had an excellent experience here. I can only hope that all of our follow-up service experiences and anything else will be a pleasant as our buying experience was. More

The dealership and sales associate were very willing to work with us to help us get what we were looking for in the most financially feasible manner. Ramiz was waiting outside in the freezing cold when I walked up and was very friendly & sincere.
