I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Novi. When my vehicle was delivered to me, it had damage that required repair. After discussions with the dealership, an agreement was made that they would cover half of the repair cost. Based on that commitment, I moved forward in good faith. However, the dealership later reneged on that agreement, stating they would no longer provide financial assistance. This reversal occurred despite the fact that the timeline they referenced to justify their decision was inaccurate. The decision to withdraw support after an agreement had already been made reflects, in my opinion, poor business practice and a lack of integrity. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and honor in business dealings — especially from a brand that promotes excellence and luxury. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. I would encourage potential customers to get all repair commitments in writing, as I did, and be cautious when relying on verbal agreements. More
