Post-purchase agreement - the newest and lowest-level employee (Christian Seide) provided the BEST customer service! The rest of the dealer employees acted like we didn't exist when we tried to pick up the vehicle that we had just agreed to purchase. No one ever advised that the one office that doesn't stay open past 5 pm is the Registration Office at the dealership, nor did anyone on their Finance team warn us that when using a 3rd party for financing, they "frequently" see the check made out to the dual parties (both "Acura of Boston" and to the borrower), which Acura of Boston will reject the check. Also, there is a whole vibe in there like you are doing them a favor, it's truly strange. You walk in and are repeatedly asked by staff, who you are and why you are there ... ex. "My name is _____, I'm here to drop off the checks and pick up my vehicle" only for the next staffer to ask the same question. Also, if you are buying a used, spending thousand$, don't ask them to fix anything before you receive the vehicle, not even replace a missing $10 door handle cover that mysteriously snapped off. Again the vibe post-sales agreement is very off-putting. It's seems like they weirdly want to punish you for using 3rd party financing and omit little details to delay you from receiving your vehicle. I would not purchase anything from this dealership, not even a pack of gum from their vending machine, nor would I advise anyone else to... More
Very disappointed in the car because it appears they changed the tires on the highlander and put cheap worn out tires. The pictures on your website showed the highlander having Good year tires on it, wh changed the tires on the highlander and put cheap worn out tires.
