My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership which speaks volumns in itself. My salesman Rich Ligeza contacted me out of the blue with a deal on a new car that I could not pass up and I'm glad he did. He went above and beyond by finding the car in the color I wanted and kept me in the loop the whole way through the process. Randy Chin took his time and did not make me feel rushed while educating me on every feature my new car has to offer. The whole experience was a treat!

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

My search for a replacement Infiniti, to my G35 coupe, began approximately one year ago. During this time, I had been in touch with Rich Ligeza frequently. My goal was to find another G35 coupe, with low miles, as that was my favorite style. However, through daily web research, I came across a 2009 Infiniti G37X coupe. I contacted Rich, and after checking into it, he informed me that the vehicle was sold, pending customer financing. The catch was, the customer was unable to qualify for a loan, and was searching for another loan source. Rich followed up with the sales associate who held the deal, and kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle. As soon as the vehicle was released for sale, Rich contacted me immediately, and we arranged a time for me to view, and potentially purchase it. During the waiting process, I had contacted Rich on another vehicle on the website. He took the time to look it over, and then contacted me back with an overview, and his opinion of the condition of the vehicle. Upon arrival to Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle, I was greeted by the receptionist, and Rich met me up front shortly after. Without going into too much detail, out of 5 prior auto purchases, this was BY FAR the most exceptional experience I have ever had at a dealership. A seamless experience from start to finish, in a relaxed, professional environment. Rich's exceptional customer service, and honesty, sealed the deal for me. He is the reason why I made my purchase at this particular dealership, even though it is approximately 30 miles from my residence, as I have had many poor experiences with Infiniti of Orland Park in the past. Thanks to Adam, the financing process was very smooth, and I was given numerous financing options. Randy spent approximately 1 hour, explaining everything in the car, and showing me how to operate everything from navigation, to programing phone numbers, etc. I will continue to recommend Rich, and Infiniti of Naperville, to anyone in the market for a used, or new car. Thank you!

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

Bill Haines was not only pleasant, but was very TRUSTWORTHY & knowledgable. He made the whole purchase process go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend Bill to any interested parties.

Randy Chin was also very helpful in going over all of the important features of my new Infiniti @ delivery, as well as the service department.
He also offered his assistance in the future for any questions that might come up after I drive the vehicle.

And Adam Arliskas made me feel comfortable in explaining the financial data in a concise , but easily understood manner.

I was very impressed by the whole experience of dealing with Infiniti of Naperville/Illinois

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

Fast. Easy. Painless. Internet contact was easy to make and they were quick to respond. Sales consultants were friendly and informative. They made a few follow-up calls but were not overly aggressive. The delivery manager was very thorough in explaining the features and functions of the car. Nobody tried to push the extra add-ons. They explained it once and gave me the option to accept/decline with no pressure. Overall, a very positive experience dealing with Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle.

Rich was excellant. He was very honest on everything we needed to know about the G37 convertible. From informing us of how far we need behind the car prior to opening the hard top to being sure to not leave anything in the trunk if we are going to bring the top down. Everyone we worked with were great. Randy really knows his stuff.........a lot of knowledge. Thanks guys!!!!

My Review Of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle:

High ratings are for Scot R finding the car I wanted with the options I wanted. Scott R. was great in looking for the right car for me and kept in touch until he found the right car. He is knowledgeable about the Infiniti g37 and found me one with all of the options that I wanted. It's a great low mileage car. Randy C. went over all of the options on the car and showed up how to use them. It was a pleasant experience for me and my wife. So far, we are very happy with the car.


This dealership makes you feel like part of their family and Scott exemplified there philosophy of keeping the customer satisfied and taking care of their needs.

This is a fine dealership. The entire buying experience was wonderful, no high pressure! The new building is amazing but more importantly the employees are all very kind and friendly.
