Thank you for taking the time to review our dealership. While we appreciate your feedback, it is our understanding that you are not the owner of this vehicle and it is our understanding that the owner of the vehicle was satisfied with the service received and even told our service manager that she understood all the hard work he did to help, shook his hand and thanked him for his efforts before leaving. Unfortunately, this vehicle did have a service contract that was purchased from another dealer and is not one that we normally have accepted in the past, and with that being said we did the best we could to understand the terms of the contract and work with the service contract company to the best of our ability. If the owner of the vehicle is not in fact satisfied and would like to discuss this issue further, that person can reach our General Manager Bill Hodous at 330-343-7781 and he would be happy to further assist her. It is our goal that each and every customer is 100% satisfied with their experience at our dealership.
