Mitch was super helpful, explained everything in great detail.Mitch spent the time to pull extra warranty options to show me as well as breaking them down in layman’s terms. I felt like I was not under pr detail.Mitch spent the time to pull extra warranty options to show me as well as breaking them down in layman’s terms. I felt like I was not under pressure to accept anything unlike other finance offices I have been in with family. Keep Mitch around he is by far the most personable and professional financier.-SK More

I had the worst experience with this location. Salemen Randy and the manager Charlie outright lied about the value of my vehicle. Randy low balled me on my 2014 Audi Q5 trade in and offered me some garbage used vehicles such as a 2012 Rav4 with high milage, a Scion TC and a mini van. He also openly insulted my choice to buy an Audi from any where other than their location stating "this is why I wouldn't buy an Audi from an non Audi dealer" (even though I've had all services preformed by their location for the past 5 yrs). Luckily I was not desperate enough to take any of these terrible offers. Then when picking up my vehicle, Charlie the manager showed me some vehicle values of his computer and tried to deny the numbers that were obviously there stating "we don't use those numbers". He then said he was going to look at my vehicle to do an estimate yet never even left the building. My car was in the far back lot so there was absolutely no way he even looked at it as he was back in a matter of a minute. I ended up trading in my Audi for a fair price at an alternate dealership (Audi offered me $5,000 but I went elsewhere and got $11,000), and I will never purchase another Audi as long as I live in this region. I do not trust nor want to do business with this location ever again. I am now enjoying a brand new vehicle no thanks to Audi Wyoming Valley. They tried to take advantage of a 'single mother' which is absolutely disgusting. It is a relief that I'll no longer long have to deal with their dismissive and dishonest team. More
