Finally an easy car buying experience We have leased our past few cars, and always despise the end of our lease as we have to play the "games" with all of the dealers. From the moment we We have leased our past few cars, and always despise the end of our lease as we have to play the "games" with all of the dealers. From the moment we walked into Molle, through the end of our purchase, we never felt like we were in a dealership. We were treated with respect by Randy & the Molle team and felt we weren't given any types of games along the way. Nor were we given a pressure pitch about a service agreement. Plus, Randy has a great sarcastic sense of humor that played along well with ours, so we actually had a FUN time buying a car. Something I never thought I'd say. Thank you Randy for making us laugh, and getting us a great car in the process! More

Amazing Customer Service I don't really write reviews but with my recent experience with Molle Toyota, I felt I have too. I am really new in Kansas City MO, well in US to be I don't really write reviews but with my recent experience with Molle Toyota, I felt I have too. I am really new in Kansas City MO, well in US to be exact. Few weeks before moved here I contacted Molle Toyota. Mr. Gregory Zilm (internet advisor) who really helped me and went out of his way to find ways to know the process. When I visited their showroom, he introduced me to Toyota Consultant, Mr. Randy Stendebach who is absolutely amazing. He really makes the process so easy eventhough my situation is very uncommon. He guided me on every step of the application and tirelessly answered my questions. I never felt that I was in a car showroom where sales people are trying to sell and push you buy a car that is not what you really like or suited for you just to have sales. Amazing customer service. More
