I really appriciated Rani. She listened to my needs and was able to help me perfectly! Her and Karl helped me do somthing I didn't think I'd be able to do.Karl reaaly worked to get me financed, and Rani has been cheking in to make sure all is well. Thats awesome! This was my second purchase from this dealership and I would not ever buy another car anywhere else. Rani jensen made it very easy to make a decision and the whole process was a breeze. She knew so much about every car out there on the lot and customer service was just awesome. I would recommend this dealership and Rani to everybody. Rani was the best car sales person that we have ever had. I called her up, explained to her our situation, gave her our info & #'s, and she MADE IT HAPPEN! I told her I didn't want to waste my time coming to the dealership only to be let down or lied to. She didn't give us the run around or any kind of misconception. She was PATIENT, HELPFUL, and HONEST. She didn't make us feel like we needed to make a decision right then and there, she gave us time to think about it and when we almost felt like giving up we changed a few things and she found us a car that we both LOVED and, (most important) were APPROVED for. She WORKED HARD to help us & thanks to her & KEN GARFF we were hooked up. We've been to dealerships where they say we're approved but when we've fallen in love w/the car it's either more dough or a co (WEST VALLEY AUTO PLAZA)! Or dealerships who try to sell us something we're not interested in (LARY H MILLER USED CARS & LOW BOOK SALES) & make us feel bad for our credit/downpayment situation. We will be going to Rani from now on & won't be wasting time anywhere else. KEN GARFF is a lucky company to have a salesperson like Rani because she isn't your typical sales person, she's HONEST and is truly sincere about helping us regular folks to get into something we want & love. We truly appreciate & thank Rani for her honesty & professionalism. We recommend her to anyone who asks us about our car & I recommend her to you! KEN GARFF & to the public, SHE'S A GOOD ONE! THANK YOU RANI!!!

Rani was very diligent and went out of her way to help me find a car. She even went so far as to loan me a car while the one I was interested in was being serviced, even before I bought it. The finance manager Carl also did a great job finding me a good rate on a loan.

My wife and Were working with Ronnie at ken garf, for a new vehicle and they were patient with us, even though we didn' know what we were looking for. They found us a vehicle and they got us approved.The terms were agreeable and they helped us get into the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends. we've been to alot of dealerships in salt lake and none were as friendly and polite as this dealership was to us.
