He was willing to work with me on the trade in value of my old Tacoma, which ultimately convinced me to buy the new vehicle. I’ve been to other dealers in CT that were unwilling to listen to my needs and put pressure on me to buy a vehicle I didn’t want without any time to think about a major decision.
