poor customer service Dealer did not indicate by phone when we called twice to return lease that appointment was necessary. Person on phone said we could come any time during hours dealer was open. Arrived around 130pm on Sunday, when no customers were at dealer due to Covid-19 shelter in place and they would not accept my return. Only pointed to sign on window that appointment was necessary and that only one person could accept lease return was not working that day. Did not display any empathy, and appeared angry he had to talk to us and get up from his desk. I should not have expected much as it took over six hours to lease my car from this dealer when I first got it 39 months back. I understand the need for appointment only during this time, but make sure all staff are aware and indicate this when calling the dealer. Also provide empathy and see if anything else can be done. Only after I repeatedly then asked to make an appointment with Mr. Unfriendly, did he retreat inside to then come back and offer up 11am the next day. Before I could finish checking my calendar, he angrily asked if it would work for me. I hate buying/leasing a car. It is a horrible experience. I have now removed Ourisman and Antwerpen from the plethora of car dealerships I will deal with. I hope Carvana survives this pandemic, as it should not be this dificult to buy, lease or return a car. More

This is 4th car, that we bought with Mr. Palizkar. He is very knowledgeable. The negotiation was smooth, we saw many cars before made decision, however, Mr. Palizkar was tolerant and patient, answer all our very knowledgeable. "The Internet Sale Price for New vehicles includes all available rebates & incentives" Translation: unless your are in the Military AND own a Mazda expect to pay $1000 more. Once the $1000 surprise is announced, the conversation goes the usual car dealership route: "You should have read the fine print", "Let me talk to the manager and see what we can do", "I can show your the invoice", and so forth. Ended up with getting a Honda from Sport Honda with a totally different experience - the price initially announced was very competitive and was what ended up paying for the vehicle. More

The free car washes and first oil change are nice perks and they now have points for loyal customers to accumulate. Their website is really helpful for searching for cars so I knew what I wanted and was able to easily schedule a test drivel financing is at competitive rates. My salesperson was Jimmy Allegre who responded to my many phone calls and worked with me to find financing. He knew the car inside out. I was buying a replacement Mazda5 that was identical but seven years newer. He knew all the details about how this was different/better than our 2007 model. He also had it ready, gassed up, and made it a quick and easy transaction. More

I bought a used 2009 Jeep Patriot in April of this year from this dealership and in a few months had some MAJOR maintenance issues. Today I have had my Jeep for 6 months and I have spent about $1000.oo on from this dealership and in a few months had some MAJOR maintenance issues. Today I have had my Jeep for 6 months and I have spent about $1000.oo on ridiculous maintenance that this dealership should have taken care of before they sold this vehicle. I had to buy all new breaks and front roaders for my Jeep. The Pepboys that did the repair said that this was ridiculous and suggested that I report this dealership. The Mechanic that changed my Alternator said the same thing. I am livid and wish that I would have went to another, honest dealer. What makes things worse. I just had a "complementary inspection" done at this dealer, because I bought my car from them and they make my breaks off as good and tried to charge me over $300 to look at the issue with the noise.
