The service department is organized unlike other honda service center that is a bit chaotic in pulling your car in. The wait wasn’t bad to get my vehicle serviced but I had to take it back for some issue. service center that is a bit chaotic in pulling your car in. He was also quick in scheduling me back for the issue I mentioned earlier and it was taken cared of. More

Let me tell you. I have been leasing cars since I was 18-19 years old and in those 30 years, I’ve had many experiences with different dealerships and different level I have been leasing cars since I was 18-19 years old and in those 30 years, I’ve had many experiences with different dealerships and different levels of cars so for the first time ever I went on the hunt for the past eight weeks to get a vehicle for my daughter. I called multiple dealerships, I had a price point I wanted, but more than anything. I wanted my precious amazing daughter to be in a safe car that would protect her if God forbid anything happened and in the course of doing that I spoke to too many salesmen and about four or five days ago I came across a gentleman named Allen Nouri from internet sales he was a pleasure to deal with and was direct absolutely polite and understood why it was so important for me to put my baby girl in a safe car while maintaining a price point that I financially could be comfortable with. My impression of salesmen is usually I feel like they don’t care and they don’t really listen to what you want. At Norm Reeves Honda, you get a team that actually cares about you whether we’re talking about Allen an absolute professional, diligent and responsive, Jose Sanchez who so caring patient and has a heart of gold, or the finance manager Adrian who is honest, straight forward, cares that you understand and feel comfortable with the financing process, every single one of them demonstrated the optimum level of professionalism, competence and care for my daughter and my family, and that is rare so if you’re out shopping for a car for yourself or for your child or for your family member please consider going to Norm Reeves Honda. They truly are top notch, the irony is the first car I ever leased over 30 years ago was at Norm Reeves Honda, and last night that came full circle when I leased the first car for my baby Girl a very tough and emotional moment. God bless the team thank you Allen. Adrian and Jose for being absolute gentlemen and making a very, very difficult experience the past 8+ weeks pleasant. More

Been with Norm Reeves since the mid 90’s always great service so not sure what changed. My car was running smoothly just needed an oil change. When I got the car back it was not running smoothly anymore. service so not sure what changed. My car was running smoothly just needed an oil change. When I got the car back it was not running smoothly anymore. It was sluggish. They suggested a transmission flush but still didn’t feel the same. Heard knocking one day checked the oil and it was on the bottom hash marks of the dipstick. Sent a text message about the issue. Never heard back. It looks like I’m going to do an emergency oil and filter change tomorrow. More

This dealership is very poor in customer service, they sold me a new vehicle which did not have working air conditioning.
