Originally everything went well. However there was an issue where the finance managers told us to write the incorrect amount on the check from our bank. My problem is, our sales person, Leonard sends what I consider a threatening message stating if we didn't bring in another check they will have to take the car back and they already sold our trade in. First of all, this makes it sounds as if we intentionally wrote the wrong amount on the check. TOYOTA informed us what to write on the check. We didn't just magically choose a number from thin air! It wasn't a bank error and it wasn't our error, it was Toyota! People make mistakes, I would be fine, however that message from Leonard definitely put a sour taste in my mouth. More

Our sales person Leonard, was professional and worked with us to get the car we wanted. He stayed in contact with us from start to finish. These people are SHADY as xxxx!! The salesman I worked with, Max, was great. However once I was turned over to the finance department it was a completely different story... they like to play the game wher with, Max, was great. However once I was turned over to the finance department it was a completely different story... they like to play the game where you settle on a price, and then go back to sign your paperwork and the price has increased and the dude can’t explain why, so he leaves the room yet again to “talk to someone” about lowering it like he’s doing you some big favor. What a joke. Another sales tactic they like to use is the “waiting game” to try and wear you down, so be prepared to test your endurance and spend the entire day there. Bring snacks. If I had an hour left on earth, I’d spend it at this place because it felt like an eternity. More
