The service staff was unable to access GM Lotalty services. So payment via GM Rewards points was not possible, as initially promised. This dealer has NO services available: NO car wash, NO shuttle tr services. So payment via GM Rewards points was not possible, as initially promised. This dealer has NO services available: NO car wash, NO shuttle transportation, NO loaner vehicles, and the waiting area has NO amenities whatsoever. Granted, a poor coffee option is available FOR PURCHASE in a vending machine I do NOT recommend this dealer to ANYONE More

The manager did assign someone to go over the car which was how we found issue with Onstar. She was very helpful and did a good job. Nice clean store! More
