I ran into some issues with getting my insurance coverage started and they were very patient and reassuring that I wasn't going to lose out on purchasing my vehicle. They stayed in touch and as soon as I got proof of coverage, they were able to get me in to finish up the paperwork and get me out the door with my minivan. I got a message from Reggie the next day, there was some service that they identified as needing done before the vehicle was purchased, but the service order hadn't been completed before I took the car home, so he wanted me to bring it back and they would fix it free of charge. That really showed me the honesty and integrity of this company because I had no idea about this issue and they could have just let me on my way none the wiser. They even came to drop my vehicle off at my work once the work was complete. Best buying process I've ever had, and I will definitely be returning for service and the next time I'm in the market for another car. More

I had a really great experience working with Reggie at Suburban Dodge in Troy, Michigan. I originally started calling about a mechanic special vehicle on their lot, and for a while I could not get anyone Suburban Dodge in Troy, Michigan. I originally started calling about a mechanic special vehicle on their lot, and for a while I could not get anyone to call me back or give me any real information about the car. After calling a third time, I finally got connected with Reggie, and he immediately went out of his way to help me. He was the only salesperson who truly treated me with respect, followed through on what he said he would do, and made sure I had the information I needed. I honestly got the impression that because it was a cheaper vehicle, some of the other sales staff were not very motivated to help with it. Reggie was the complete opposite. He went above and beyond during the entire process. When we came in to look at the car, he gave us as much time as we wanted to inspect it, talk things over, and really think about the purchase before making a decision. That is honestly unheard of in most dealership sales departments. This was also my third vehicle purchase from Suburban, and the dealerships are always extremely clean, well maintained, and full of great amenities. They are very high quality, very professional, and very nice inside. This location was no exception. My mom and I loved the automatic espresso coffee maker. After I finished paying and was waiting on paperwork, I was able to enjoy that, which was a really nice touch. Overall, Reggie made the experience stand out, and he is a big reason I would continue doing business with Suburban in the future. More
