Drove from Jacksonville Florida to Miami to go to this car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unk car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unknown auction that we found out does not exist. They were not able to locate the car. They could not show us the car at all. And that’s supposedly a bidder offering 3k over MRSP. When we got there they had us talk to the manager. When they realized that there was no convincing us of getting another car, they told us “so sorry.” Wasted 10 hours on a Sunday before work on Monday. We both have good credit scores over 800 and would have been an easy sale on their part. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Shady practices. More

I visited this Lexus dealership with my father to renew my current IS 350 sport leases. I was initially contacted by Jaquer Soto, who offered me the same monthly payment for a new Lexus 350. When we arrive my current IS 350 sport leases. I was initially contacted by Jaquer Soto, who offered me the same monthly payment for a new Lexus 350. When we arrived, we were assisted by Sebastian Gonzalez, who was very professional and kind. I sincerely appreciate his excellent service. However, our experience with the General Manager, Mr., Reinaldo Berroa, was extremely disappoint. After receiving a clear verbal and text message offer by Jaquer Soto, the number changed completely once we arrived. The first offer presented was $676 per month, which I explained was too high for my budget. The salesperson Mr. Gonzalez, who was very polite, went to speak with Mr. Berroa, who then asked for a $535. I explained that, according to the initial proposal made by Jaquer Soto, that was not what he had offered over the phone, and that I could afford $500 and $520 per month. Mr. Gonzalez went back to the sales manager, who told him that if we did not come back with a higher offer, he himself would come out and tell us there would be no deal. A few minutes later, Mr. Berroa came out personally and told us directly that he would not do business with us, but in a very arrogant and humiliating manner, it was not what he said, but how he said it, with a tone and attitude that were completely unprofessional. After leaving, we waited outside for a while and I asked the salesperson to please send me a copy of the offer so we could review it carefully, He sent me the payment numbers, not the document. The following day, I asked again for the written offer because my father and I wanted to review the terms and mileage. I was told that only the sales manager could provide that document since he had made the offer himself. When I asked If it could be sent by email, I was told it would be better to request it in person. When we returned to the dealership, Mr. Reinaldo Berroa, with an extremely arrogant and dismissive attitude, told us that the deal was only valid for the previous day and that there was no longer any offer. I insisted that I had the right to request the information so I could reevaluate the numbers, but he repeatedly said it was impossible, that "yesterday's price no longer existed". I told him that the salesperson had specifically told me I could call back if I changed my mind. He ignored this and continued repeating the same thing several times to both my father and me, even going so far as to say that even if we agreed to pay a higher payment of $550, he would not lease the car to us. It was frustrating, humiliating and discriminatory to be treated that way specially coming from a manager of such an institution, which truly leaves a lot to think about. This behavior showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism, especially towards my 76-year-old father and me, both long time Lexus costumers. We left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. I sincerely hope that Lexus review this situation and ensures that all costumers are treated with respect, integrity and transparency. More
