My Review Of Lexus of North Miami :
When I called the company the receptionist she had me on holf for twenty minutes after her very bad attitude, then she transferred me to finance which had nothing to do with my call. After I informed her I was going to do the survey after call she somehow finally found someone to help me. It was as if there wasn't anyone in the service department, after I finally got an appoointment I arrived there from a problem that lexus fixed before a problem they had never seen before with the powersteering. I waited in the lobby for an hour for them to tell me that they "think" its the modular and it was $1058 to repair(no problem) but they went on to say if it wasnt yhat I would have to "commit" to a $3000 dollar job a rack n pinion I wasnt going to commit to something they couldnt tell me exactly what was wrong and nevertheless the saftey point they gave the car the rack n pion was good! wth Its like they were trying to get my money after I paid $180.00 to have this problem fixed before which required resetting the computer. THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE and I dont plan on going back or ever calling there to be put on hold for 20 min and treated rudely, not to mention them cant give me an exact ans on whats wrong with my car, a car thats made by the company.
