Terrible. Waited until after I signed paperwork to tell me they only had one key for the car. When I go to Findlay Nissan for service, I am greeted by Chris Polascik before I turn off the ignition. Chris always treats me courteously and explains his answers to all of my questions. Chris schedules a ride home for me if the service will take more time than I anticipated; the drivers have always been pleasant with me. I have no problems to mention about the service or the staff. I do wish the Sales department would stop trying to sell me a newer model as I intend to drive my Rogue for quite a very long time. I don’t recall having had any interactions with either Mr. Deleon or Mr. Person. More
