I visited the dealership today for service and left with a new car. Apparently this is not unusual. Roy in the service department efficiently guided me to Junior. Junior did his thing - with style and flare then the big guns were brought in - I assume to close the deal. I think his name was Luke. Then the finance folks and I was out of there with my new car.
