Roger Pauletta, Joe (manager) & Orlando Service Manager are fabulous!! I could go to a dealership 15 minutes away. BUT instead I drive 1-1/2 hours to go to MB of Orange County. Victor was amazing! He explained every detail of our brand new 2025 GLE350. The process was very smooth and he even surprised us with a post Christmas Day call that our car had arrived 2 months early! Even the pricing was well explained and I by far wish that every person who needs a new or used car to go over to Mercedes Benz Orange County and ask for Victor. He is the greatest and so sweet! As for other employees, a special thank you to Eric Mafkovsky who assisted in trying to locate other GLEs in the area before us ordering one. My review of this play is they are terrible. I paid for pre paid maintenance package. I took my car in for service and they wouldn’t honor my plan because the mileage was over by a few miles. I I paid for pre paid maintenance package. I took my car in for service and they wouldn’t honor my plan because the mileage was over by a few miles. I explained that where I live to this place was over 50 miles and I went over the miles driving to them. They still wouldn’t honor it. So I paid for and have been paying for a pre paid maintenance package for nothing. Bunch of crooks. More
