When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. I brought the car in for routine maintenance and once again left completely satisfied with the service and experience with Rhoel Gray and the rest of the service department. We were traveling from out of town and our BMW had a number of issues that came up on our ride. I explained the issue to Rhoel Gray at Germaine BMW and he very graciously got us in and was able to accom number of issues that came up on our ride. I explained the issue to Rhoel Gray at Germaine BMW and he very graciously got us in and was able to accommodate our necessary repairs before our trip home. Rhoel and everyone at this dealership were very understanding and exemplary in making the repairs and we felt confident in our ride home through rain, sleet and snow.
