Ask for Elena! When I reached out to river oaks Honda via phone regarding my interest in a vehicle I expected your typical awful car buying experience. However i was When I reached out to river oaks Honda via phone regarding my interest in a vehicle I expected your typical awful car buying experience. However i was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by the young woman named Elena. She was polite, pleasant and very professional. She took her time in answering all of my questions on the BMW of my interest, she even took the time to send me a personalized video of the car! I came in and Elena and fully prepped the sales manager frank upon my arrival. The car was clean & ready to roll! Needless to say, I love my new car and it wouldn’t be with out the help of the awesome team at River Oaks Honda! I will be recommending all of my friends and family about the dealership! THANKS AGAIN ELENA!!! More
