Great customer service, attentive and knowledgeable. I requested a quote on a certain vehicle, and Ricardo called me within 30 minutes. We were referred to the Cerritos store and from the first interaction to the last, it was very professional. We purchased a Santa Fe SEL and Jalil handled everything start to finish, he was very helpful in interaction to the last, it was very professional. We purchased a Santa Fe SEL and Jalil handled everything start to finish, he was very helpful in explaining all the new features too, which is no small task. GM Bill Stephens made himself available to assist in any way during the process as well. Rounding out the purchase was Nicole in finance who was amazing, she explained all items in detail. My husband and I were very happy and appreciative and would definitely recommend this dealership 100% !! More
