Great deal and even better service I recently bought my new to me 2016 Jeep Renegade from this dealership. Very positive experience overall! I had been working with a number of dealerships to find my perfect car, but settled on Key Chrysler after my first visit...they're smaller than other I had been working with a number of dealerships to find my perfect car, but settled on Key Chrysler after my first visit...they're smaller than other dealerships, which creates more of a family vibe, and all of the employees I met were super nice and professional. DJ Yates, specifically, was very responsive to my texts/emails, and was always looking for ways to improve my overall experience. Despite all of my random questions or requests, that sometimes required him to go out in the freezing conditions to track down answers, he always stayed positive, and never tried to force me into any purchase that I wasn't completely comfortable with. I am very happy that I chose to purchase my new car from Key Chrysler, and I will definitely be back for any servicing needs in the future. More

Stress Free Dealer Buying a new car.....it's either a fun for an irritating experience. Can honestly say Key is on the NON-IRRITATING side of the experience! Simple. Str Buying a new car.....it's either a fun for an irritating experience. Can honestly say Key is on the NON-IRRITATING side of the experience! Simple. Straight forward. No pressure. Don't get bounced around all over the dealership with intimidation tactics. Just good old fashioned for real people to deal with. Yes, they are car salesman! So there is a little bit of that, but they treat you with respect, listen to what you want to do, and run with it. No mind games or twisting numbers to make your head spin. Not many dealerships left with this attitude.....at least with the people I dealt with! I'm pushing 63 and kind of turning into an opinionated grumpy old man, so that's saying something. :) Thanks to Alex (internet), Jake (sales), Rich (sales mgr), and Bob (finance)!!! More

We have been particularly impressed with the pickup and delivery service to our home. It has saved us immeasurable time and effort over the years. The facilities are always clean and are kept fully functional, even through makeovers and dealer upgrades. We were deeply sorry for the recent death of Mr.Tobey And extend our sympathies to his wife and family. More

Wonderful service I went to Key looking for a new van. Jake found us in the lot looking at vans. He was very knowledgeable in knowing what each van had on it. We were in a hurry that day so we told him we would be back. We went back on Tuesday and Jake was off but Ethan was very helpful but I wanted to wait on Jake. We went back and of course the van I wanted was sold. Jake did everything he could and found the exact van! By the next day it was in. We were and are very happy with the service we got and have always gotten from Key. It is my place to shop for a vehicle. More
