After test-driving Rangers at 2 other dealerships, I was driving past Harold Ford and decided to stop in. Rich met me in the parking lot and was very friendly and low-pressure. Not too happy that I need to get the truck aligned, skid plate / splash guard was missing, and rear speakers blown, and radio antenna missing.
