After many years of buying cars at Brown Daub, my husband and I have always had a pleasant experience. Cappy Capkovic is one of the reasons that we return to Brown Daub, and recommend our friends and family and I have always had a pleasant experience. Cappy Capkovic is one of the reasons that we return to Brown Daub, and recommend our friends and family members to them. He is a wonderful person, who makes you feel like family. We would especially like to thank Rich, JR & Mike for all the efforts they put forth this week to find that "perfect" 2012 Chevy Cruze for us, at the right price. We sincerely appreciate all their hard work. Brown Daub in Wind Gap has a fantastic service department. Thank you Kathy and Gary for the excellent service you have provided throughout the years. I started buying cars at your dealership in 1998 with Rich Rhiel,wonderful man, and then have bought 3 cars from Cappy,wonderful man. All my visits from sales to service have been great..starting with th Rich Rhiel,wonderful man, and then have bought 3 cars from Cappy,wonderful man. All my visits from sales to service have been great..starting with the man that greets me when I arrive for service(Jim)and you have wonderful people in service Kathy,Tracy Gary..all great to me..and then there is your business manager Monica...and you ask me to be descriptive..well I did not care for her people skills with me, I felt she was very short with me and not pleasant at all,thank goodness my time spent with her was short.....Getting back to the great part of Brown Daub...I am absolutely very pleased and proud to say I buy my cars from Brown Daub in Wind Gap, Thank You for your concern and allowing me to provide my feedback....Marjorie Bush, Portland,Pa. We researched multiple dealerships, pricing and inventory. Stopping at Brown Daub on the July 4th Holiday after they were to close for the day, Rich Riehl stayed after hours to let us take the vehi inventory. Stopping at Brown Daub on the July 4th Holiday after they were to close for the day, Rich Riehl stayed after hours to let us take the vehicle for the vehicle for a test drive. His willingness to beat other offers without having to dicker on price made all the difference. Bill Johnson worked with us to complete the deal and provide my daughter with a vehicle she wanted. At Brown Daub in Wind Gap we received the best offer and sales experience on the pruchase of our new Equinox LTZ. More
