The KIA Surprise While doing extensive research to replace a still-excellent car (in my opinion) and did not have any need to replace it at this time, My wife and I st While doing extensive research to replace a still-excellent car (in my opinion) and did not have any need to replace it at this time, My wife and I stopped by the local KIA dealership out of curiosity to see what their cars were like. Having read much about the various makes in the class segment we were interested in, most were duplicates of the others so we did not expect to much difference with the car we went to look at. We were met at the dealership door by a very nice sales representative, Rich Rizzo, who seemed overly joyed to please us. He also had the answer to most of our questions and when he didn't, he found the answer before we left the dealership. However, after a few questions, Mr. Rizzo also knew exactly what we were interested in and found one on their lot. Besides being bowled over by Mr. Rizzo's eagerness to please, we were also bowled over by the KIA he showed us. It had more content than the competition, and the price, while good wasn't what we had limited ourselves to paying. After some discussion, we were convinced to take the car home overnight to see if it was what we really liked. After sleeping on it and exploring the car's features, we were convinced about buying it but we needed to get it to a price point that we could accept. Our still-cherished current car was appraised and folded into the discussion about cost and were again bowled over by the offer they made. Let me put it into familiar terms: It was an offer we couldn't refuse. As a matter of fact it was so good we would have been foolish not to take advantage of it. All-in-all, the acquisition of our KIA was a pleasant surprise; the sales representative was excellent, the deal was excellent, the dealership was excellent. Kudos to Rich Rizzo, and the Myrtle Beach KIA Team. More

The dealership is kind of small but they have a good size stock and the service people make you wonder how all the other dealers get away with the crap they pull. From the time you get there wether it be to purchase or to get servicing for your vehicle you are treated like a valued customer. By the way I purchased my second car from them in 15 months. In Nov of 15 I got a Soul special edition (Carribean Blue Model) for my second car (for the wifey to use) and I just got a 16 Sorento Limited Edition (SXL) that I simply love. Total time for both purchases 9 hours. Anyone who has purchased a car knows that is extra speedy and this is their standard way of doing business. The Kia product has been steadily weedleing its way into the top brands club and this dealership is also. Good competent people + good product means it is really hard to lose. More

Great Prices with Least Pressure I just purchased my second vehicle (Sorento) from Myrtle Beach Kia. I never had a problem with my first Sorento but couldn't pass up the deal they ga I just purchased my second vehicle (Sorento) from Myrtle Beach Kia. I never had a problem with my first Sorento but couldn't pass up the deal they gave me on a new 2016. I used to drive a Santa Fe, but at 6'4", I found the Sorento gave me more head and leg room MB Kia is by far the friendliest dealership with whom I've ever dealt. Go check them out. More

Great car buying experience! I was looking forward to getting a new car but always dread having to deal with a salesman. Both Dan and Rich were so easy to talk to and deal with, i I was looking forward to getting a new car but always dread having to deal with a salesman. Both Dan and Rich were so easy to talk to and deal with, it was actually a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership for any future purchases, they definitely will treat you like family. Rich Rizzo explained all the details about the car thoroughly and took time to answer all of my questions. I will purchase all my future cars from him!! More
