I had been searching several dealers for a while and found some new and used vehicles I was interested in on Harold Zeigler's website. I reached out to Rich Snay not really knowing what I was looking for yet. From past experience, I know some sales representatives can be a bit put off when you don't have one or two specific vehicles in mind. I was all over the place on the type of vehicle I was looking for and if I wanted to lease, buy new or buy used. I asked for all my pricing options for each vehicle I looked at. I varied lease vs. purchase, the term lengths and the amount down. Rich never even blinked and worked with me through all of the scenarios of every vehicle I was interested in. When I finally settled on what I wanted Rich took care of everything. Rich and the rest of the staff at Harold Zeigler - Grandville were outstanding to work with. Both Rich and the financing staff were courteous, professional and friendly. They all had great a great sense of humor, which I like, as it makes the whole process a bit more entertaining than normal. I would highly recommend Harold Zeigler - Grandville and Rich Snay to my friends and family. Great experience and I found a Dodge RAM that I love. Thanks! More
