This was the most disapointing service visit that I have ever had at this delalership! I had my 2018 Cheverote Cruze in for an oil change. The service was done, but the service representarive came out to me ever had at this delalership! I had my 2018 Cheverote Cruze in for an oil change. The service was done, but the service representarive came out to me in the lobby and said to me. Boy to we have to talk! He told me that I need new front brakes, 4 new tires (he said the tires were dry rotted), a wheel alignment, and a cabin air filter. The estimate he gave me to do these repairs was going to over $1,700! That did not include any labor! He wanted to do it that day. I told him that I wanted to get a 2 opinion, and that I would take it to another car repair shop locally in Hershey, PA. I took my car to Hershey Auto Service. The owner agreed that the tires were dry rotted and should be replaced. He said the front brakes were fine and that I did NOT need a wheel alignment. He said the cabin air filter was fine. I had Hershey Auto Service replace the tires. Total cost $760! Quite a difference! It really irritated me that this service vist was so out of proportion. Especially since I had the Cruze in for a PA State Inspection at Klick Lewis Chevrolet in Decenber 2024. There was no mention of any potential service needs at that time. I have only driver the car a little over 200 miles since that Satte Inspection service was performed! I cpiu;d have gotten the tires cheaper from Klick Kewis woth the by 3 get 1 for a dollar Spring Service special, but I do not feel that I can trust them! Service is great as always. Just concerned with the oil issue I’m having. I had a good experience with my service. Waited an hour and a half which seems to be about the average for basic service.
