Brian is an excellent S. A. and a great asset to Bryan Subaru's service department. We always enjoy working with him. The waiting area in the service department is very cl A. and a great asset to Bryan Subaru's service department. We always enjoy working with him. The waiting area in the service department is very clean and comfortable. They have a great area for the kids to be entertained while we wait and pups are always welcome! The WiFi is a bit spotty if you are trying to get work done so we come prepared with our own hotspot just in case. Otherwise, we usually have a very pleasant experience here. More

Staff does not appear happy to be there at all. It’s like it’s an inconvenience to serve us when we’re spending thousands of dollars at this dealership. Also really irks me that they don’t wash you It’s like it’s an inconvenience to serve us when we’re spending thousands of dollars at this dealership. Also really irks me that they don’t wash your car for $3200 bill pretty disgusted with the whole experience, I miss my dealership in Tucson, Arizona. People there in Arizona were happy to see you. They were kind they had food beverages, a television for entertainment. They would give you a token to go get your card washed and detailed. The service at this location is subpar. I was going to give one star. I’m giving two stars only because my car is running better now. Also they’re not able to do any bodywork like replace a bumper. I could replace the bumper myself, but I kept getting talk about how they can’t do that and they can’t order the part. They also told me they would tell me who could and they did not. I do like that. There was a text message service and it showed me all the services they were going to do and I had to approve them. If you can avoid going to this dealership do it they don’t seem to want or appreciate your business because the attitude there is grumpy. My partner felt the same grumpy vibes when he walked in , I really hope that their boss isn’t grumpy because he could very well be making everyone else feel grumpy. It seems like everybody hates their job there and they’re taking it out on the Customer. More
