A great experience continues I have just taken delivery on my 2018 GLS 450 which is the 8th new vehicle that I have purchased from Mercedes of New Orleans since 2010 . Over that I have just taken delivery on my 2018 GLS 450 which is the 8th new vehicle that I have purchased from Mercedes of New Orleans since 2010 . Over that period I have been very satisfied with the vehicles and the quality of care as well as the attitude that the different members of the dealer team have expressed . Continued service excellence Unfortunately I hit a large dog recently causing some damage to the front of my E-class. The dog was fine, but my front daytime running light, headlig Unfortunately I hit a large dog recently causing some damage to the front of my E-class. The dog was fine, but my front daytime running light, headlight washer cover, and side marker were all destroyed. Richard was quick to provide a quote when requested and all parts were readily available. A brand new C-class was ready for the taking while the repairs were being completed which made the rest of my day much easier. I'm usually not one to have others work on my car (I usually prefer to do the work myself) but, there is a peace of mind with leaving my car at Mercedes of New Orleans knowing that the quality of work is up to par with my expectations. In summary, Richard F. and Mercedes of New Orleans continue to produce the treatment and workmanship one would expect from a luxury car dealer. And they have earned my loyalty as a customer. More
