We love our Mercedes This Coupe is our fifth MB and we keep cars for many years , retiring them only when we pass them down. Our experience with New Orleans Mercedes , both purchase and service is excellent . Harry Anderson did a great job in ordering the Coupe from Germany and following up on progress. Our Srvice Advisor Richard said he will take great care of the Coupe. We are keeping the 2004 E320 Wagon as a spare. It has two hundred eighty thousand miles. Bruce Worley. More

A great experience continues I have just taken delivery on my 2018 GLS 450 which is the 8th new vehicle that I have purchased from Mercedes of New Orleans since 2010 . Over that I have just taken delivery on my 2018 GLS 450 which is the 8th new vehicle that I have purchased from Mercedes of New Orleans since 2010 . Over that period I have been very satisfied with the vehicles and the quality of care as well as the attitude that the different members of the dealer team have expressed . The management , sales team , service advisor and others that I have had contact with really seem to go that extra mile and it is certainly appreciated , A special thanks to Jerry for walking me through the new in - car electronics and addressing the new benefits and features .. Continued service excellence Unfortunately I hit a large dog recently causing some damage to the front of my E-class. The dog was fine, but my front daytime running light, headlig Unfortunately I hit a large dog recently causing some damage to the front of my E-class. The dog was fine, but my front daytime running light, headlight washer cover, and side marker were all destroyed. Richard was quick to provide a quote when requested and all parts were readily available. A brand new C-class was ready for the taking while the repairs were being completed which made the rest of my day much easier. I'm usually not one to have others work on my car (I usually prefer to do the work myself) but, there is a peace of mind with leaving my car at Mercedes of New Orleans knowing that the quality of work is up to par with my expectations. In summary, Richard F. and Mercedes of New Orleans continue to produce the treatment and workmanship one would expect from a luxury car dealer. And they have earned my loyalty as a customer. More

Excellent Service!!! I brought my car in because my steering wheel was a little loose.
