Car buying doesn't have to suck! I had a great experience!! I recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet! I actually bought a pre-owned Dodge Ram here, not a Chevrolet. But the reason I did was because of the price I fou I recommend Ron Westphal Chevrolet! I actually bought a pre-owned Dodge Ram here, not a Chevrolet. But the reason I did was because of the price I found online. Ron Westphal beat out the larger dealerships, even beat out the dealerships closer and in the big city. I dealt with a few of the staff here, Mike K. who scheduled my appointment to test drive the truck, had the truck outside the front door waiting for me, greeted me and my family at the front door and took care of me right from the start! Richard G. was my salesperson, Richard was polite and a wealth of knowledge (even though this was a Dodge!) Richard was great with my 3 year old also, he had a Hot Wheels in his desk for such an occasion and gave to my son during our conversion and transaction. I even met the General Manager, Bill H. who came over, introduced himself and asked if he could my make my experience any better. This dealership is a class act and a hidden gem for the Chicagoland area! Car buying doesn't have to suck! It was a great experience for me and my family! 5 stars! More

Very warm environment My experience from the time I called for an appointment to upgrade my SUV from a 2012 to a 2016. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Richard G My experience from the time I called for an appointment to upgrade my SUV from a 2012 to a 2016. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by Richard Graham; within an instant our conversation went to what my wish list consisted of. Richard took note of what type of vehicle I was interested in and went to work to make it happen. I was able to get the 2016 pearl white Traverse with the must haves; "remote start, heated seats, sun-roof, tented windows, V-6, caption seats, third row seating and running boards." Did I mention that the truck had only eleven miles on it at the start of the test drive. I left there very well pleased in my 2016 truck. More
