Richard was AMAZING! I am not too keen on Car Salesman, but Richard is not the common pushy salesman. He had a smile on his face, very accommodating and patient. After 7 hours, no lunch, no dinner a lot of but Richard is not the common pushy salesman. He had a smile on his face, very accommodating and patient. Not to mentioned that I drove in a brand new Camry fully loaded at an EXCELLENT price. I you are looking to purchase a new Toyota, please ask for Richard.....trust me you will not regret it! Richard responded to my internet query, as did several other dealerships. I went to see what he had in stock and fell in love with the very first car he showed me...it had everything I wanted and even mor other dealerships. We worked out a purchase price that sounded good, but I had to convince myself and work out the finances. I went back the next day to make sure this deal was the right one for me. He was so helpful and did not pressure me at all, but did whatever he could so I could purchase the car I wanted. He knew I was in love with that car and had it all ready for me that day. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse. i had no idea I would be driving the car home that day and was so surprised that I could. He stayed with me until 10:00PM when all the other paperwork was finished...he set up the controls and radio/phone for me. I trusted them so that I never even drove the car before I purchased it. My first ride in it was to my home. Wow...how could I do that? But I had 15 years of good dependability with my Camry that i was leaving there, so I felt this one had to be just as good. Can't believe that I got a little tearful leaving my 1998 Camry, I felt it had another 100,000 miles to go. I'm looking forward to the same good experience with this new, beautiful car. Thank you Richard...you played a big part in making this possible. More
