He could benefit from a little time management but again this will probably come when he settles into his position. Can't fault the new guy. Overall is very pleasurable experience. He was really nice and knowledgeable for only being one week on the job. I appreciate it. His very low key, straightforward personality. Kendall, The gentleman helping him was really nice also. I appreciate it the way he took the time to explain things to me when I questioned them on the deal. The deal was fair. Vehicle was priced appropriately and their assessment of my trade-in was fair. I would say this was one of the most easiest car deals I've ever negotiated, including finance. I was on the lot more hours than I had anticipated, but given the new staff and they were fairly busy on a Saturday, it wasn't too bad. More
