The salesman was good. BUT the dealership has such poor customer service. Paid $700 for documentation fees and they registered the car in the wrong county. Their answer is their person can’t go to every co customer service. Paid $700 for documentation fees and they registered the car in the wrong county. Their answer is their person can’t go to every county to register vehicles. “ just go to your clerks office and get a new sticker” I have bought vehicles out of state and the plate and registration came from my county. Also the car only had one key and when we asked for them to include two keys like all cars usually come with the manager was quite rude. More

They immediately diagnosed the systemic / recall issue with the truck sold to me by Mitchell Bone and his criminal organization at Wilson County Motors. Ed Burris and Richard Powers assumed responsibility to try and make things right given the circumstances. The great folks at CBGCM quickly provided options for me to move forward with a new vehicle and a life time warranty. I now have 80,000 miles on my Silverado and could not be happier. The truck has been everything they said and more. The water pump went out on the truck at 78,000 miles on a Sunday night it was back on the road Monday afternoon NO CHARGE!
