I must say this was one of the worst experiences I had at Rallye Acura. I had an appointment for 9:40am. I checked in a few minutes before. It took my service rep, Richard Wong a little while before he ca Rallye Acura. I had an appointment for 9:40am. I checked in a few minutes before. It took my service rep, Richard Wong a little while before he called my to his desk. He asked me if I would be waiting for the car. He informed me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I had no problem with that. After two hours I walked to his desk and he said he would see what the status of my car was. He informed me it would be done shortly. I waited another half over to go back to his desk. He said he would go check on the car. He came back to me and said it was almost done. Again I waited another half hour & I walked over to his desk and asked to speak with the service manager. Chad Tammaro. He came out immediately and started with many apologies. People were out sick and they were back up. If this was the case, which I'm sure it was they shouldn't have taken walk-ins at all. Who left before I did. I said this was unacceptable. I should have been offered a loaner car if this was going to be a half day production. I missed another appointment in the meantime. Chad really hard to help, but it was out of his control. I have been so happy with the dealership and hope this never happens again. More

I know Julio for a long time and he’s always the same professional caring person. He gives a 1,000 person for his customers I know I’m one of them. Hi //chad, I have some problem in the navigation display . Every now and then the screen is frozen and I am not able to view the map notr able to set top the option or change the view. I was not able to get . Every now and then the screen is frozen and I am not able to view the map notr able to set top the option or change the view. I was not able to get any help from the staff who did service my vehicle. Can you give me an appointment to meet with one of the tech specialist to see the problem and have it fixed. thanks Joseph More
