I was looking for a Mustang I was told about a Mustang that my sister and brother in law had seen drive in to check it out met Rich, he was great , ask me a few questions then sh I was told about a Mustang that my sister and brother in law had seen drive in to check it out met Rich, he was great , ask me a few questions then showed me the car, told me everything about the car let me take it for a test drive, we worked some numbers I told him I’d think about it and would see him the next day, I came and Rich was busy so Lenny took over. He was very nice and helped me with all the paperwork, then introduced me to Ryan, who also was great. These 3 guys made my buying experience amazing, very smooth and stress free, Best buying experience ever and will definitely tell everyone where they should buy their next car!! More

Used car purchase Things were okay. I was not happy being yelled at (and yes I said yelled) by the sales manager. My step daughter had a bag o chips stuck in the machin Things were okay. I was not happy being yelled at (and yes I said yelled) by the sales manager. My step daughter had a bag o chips stuck in the machine and it was the second bag we bought since the first bag got stuck as well. Then a salesman came over and shook the machine trying to get my bag loose. That is when the manager proceeded to yell across the dealership...you almost lost the sale over that. This is NOT how you treat customers. He could have gotten up to see what the problem was. I am very disappointed in this treatment. More

They work hard to make sure you leave with a car This AutoMax w a s great the only problem we had was the guy who put fuel in our tank didn't tell us that the the fuel door was broken off....as soon This AutoMax w a s great the only problem we had was the guy who put fuel in our tank didn't tell us that the the fuel door was broken off....as soon as we got home I noticed it. And he told us he was going to fill the tank up but when it was time to get the keys from him he said he only put 3/4 of gas in it. What was the reason for that, then we realize that he never put gas in it we test drove it the day before and the gas needle never change much so he must couldn't get the gas door open and didn't tell us let us drive right off the lot very dishonest...everything else was superb great costumer service great sales man Rich...this is my second vehicle from automax.... More
