Richardson arranged the shuttle service for me immidiately after he realized that I need to wait for over 4 hours for my car to be ready. This Dealership is the Best no complaints I bought 2 vehicles at Arrigo. Never had an issue with the staff there both Sales and Service, The Service Department is Spot On, they do an exceptional job, I vehicles at Arrigo. Arrigo is the best and my only go to places for my car needs. Every rep is so friendly and accommodating to the customer’s needs that you always feel home. Jaylen has been very helpful and he advised the needs. Every rep is so friendly and accommodating to the customer’s needs that you always feel home. Jaylen has been very helpful and he advised the best to me. They never do any upsells which is rare in this industry. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to considering Arrigo at Sawgrass for any car related needs. More

Richard (Richardson) is the best service advisor I've had at this dealership. For the longest time, I avoided this place due to bad experiences in both quality of service, and overall customer service. There at this dealership. For the longest time, I avoided this place due to bad experiences in both quality of service, and overall customer service. There's been quite a bit of change in my last few visits, and Richard is one of them. Richard reminds me of the service advisors at Infiniti and BMW, top-notch world-class service. Now since connecting with him, he's the only person I deal with on the service side, and I have since then started having other vehicles serviced here as well thanks to Richard's awesome service. The experience was ok. But they had to give me a rental to go back home, that vehicle was extremely dirty. I didn’t expect that from that dealership and I got charged $66 f But they had to give me a rental to go back home, that vehicle was extremely dirty. I didn’t expect that from that dealership and I got charged $66 for the rental. If you can’t fix the vehicle for the time being you got the vehicle. The customer can’t not get charged for a loaner the dealer provided. So wrong. More
