Worst service I have ever had. Made an appointment a week in advance. Appointment was made for Thursday morning. Didn’t communicate with me until the next day (Friday). Tried calling that night (Thursday) in advance. Appointment was made for Thursday morning. Didn’t communicate with me until the next day (Friday). Tried calling that night (Thursday) but got put on hold for twenty minutes until I finally hung up. Just got machines after. When they finally called the next day (Friday around noon), I ok’d to move forward. There was no communication that they needed to order parts. Had to call later that day (Friday) to get an update. That was after I was unable to pick my kids up from school. I asked over the phone if I could drive my vehicle until the parts came in. I was told yes. Went that evening to pick up my vehicle. Asked the service rep if my car was good to go, he said yes. Notice my vehicle was running hot and that I had a new leak that I never had before. Opened the hood and found they didn’t put my anti-freeze/coolant cap back on. Went back the next day (Saturday) and asked for my cap back. They couldn’t find it. Was told they would pay for the cap and “Make it right”. Went to Napa to buy a new cap and fluid. It cost $20. I had to call two days(Monday) later to see if my parts came in. They said that they had. Set up a time for Tuesday to get the parts replaced. Went in that evening to pick up my vehicle. To them. “Make it right” was taking $40 off a $550 dollar bill. That was not including the cap and fluid. “Make it right” was actually $20. I researched what would happen to the engine when it runs without fluid; found there would be a high possibility of having to replace the engine ($4000-$8000) but making it right was worth $20 to them. I will never go there again and may consider legal action. If that is not enough, I asked them to look at a leak in the passenger rear tire. It clearly states it on the work order but they never did it. More

Great customer service department every time! Very sober parts department only one person recognized I was there 2/12/21. QQ and I went back to parts department to confirm part was ordered like stated on th parts department only one person recognized I was there 2/12/21. QQ and I went back to parts department to confirm part was ordered like stated on the phone that they would order for me and confirm that was all we needed. All other parts counter workers acted like QQ and I were invisible. Rick did help us after being ignored by the others. More

had check engine light come on three times in a month. tried replacing fuel cap, but check engine light came on again shortly after so enough of the self-repair,lol, made appt and parkway solved problem tried replacing fuel cap, but check engine light came on again shortly after so enough of the self-repair,lol, made appt and parkway solved problem with it's expert service and diagnostic abilities to find a remote solenoid that had gone bad and promptly replaced. parkway ran performance tests, failed first test, they isolated/corrected problem, and ran test again, passed after repair.been about a month and everything fine, no more check engine lights, parkway solved problem efficiently,quickly, and professionally, they're my go to shop for repair should it be something i cannot take care of myself. very pleased and cannot rate high enough my satisfaction level. More

We drive over 75 miles to to get to this dealership. They are that good. Just bought our second new one from them. They could not have been more patient or taken better care of us. The service department is also well worth the extra miles, and we've always been well treated the few times we used the parts department. So if you're in the market for a new car, call Parkway Ford and ask for Greg. I guess they sell other brands as well but we're Ford people. More
