I recently purchased a car at Boch Toyota. Rick Malabre was my sales associate. I found Rick to be a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas and, after the purchase, Rick Malabre was my sales associate. I found Rick to be a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas and, after the purchase, was generous with his time orienting me with the numerous features of the RAV. He encouraged me to call, or text with any questions I might have. I really appreciated his coordination of the installation of my remote start with the receipt of my new registration and sticker so that I had to return only once. I have always found looking for a new car somewhat stressful and Rick put me at ease from the start. I would say that if you are interested in a Toyota, head to Boch and ask for Rick Malabre! More

Terrible experience. Was invited to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, which I liked and then went ahead and purchased. but only after putting down a deposit and filling the paperwork was I informed th pre-owned vehicle, which I liked and then went ahead and purchased. but only after putting down a deposit and filling the paperwork was I informed that they didn't have the title and didn't know when they would get it! Was then offered to consider another (more expensive) vehicle, and the same story happened all over again: opted to buy it and was then told that they don't have the title. A week has passed and they have not yet refunded the deposit or made the vehicles available for purchase. Overall awful encounter with downright dishonesty, bordering on fraud. Be extra careful when buying from this dealership! More

First these guys lied to me from the onset and Dennis brought some guy who couldn’t look at me in the eye the whole time and didn’t care if I left the premises. They kept coming back with outrageous figures and to top it off I still don’t know what my warranty covers and there are scratches on the car which wasn’t there when I first took it for a test drive and he said he cant do nothing about i.. I have tried to reach out to Dennis with multiple calls but no response..To cap it off,it was a terrible experience dealing with these guys And it’s been 5days I got the car and not a single response or follow up from these company. More

We were shopping for a used Forester. Made an appointment online. Arrived on Saturday morning, were greeted and assigned a sales personally right away. The deal went through smoothly. We were allowed to have an extended test drive of the car. Paperwork did not take much time. The only sour note left was that the sales person seemed to loose interest for us as soon as we signed the papers. He promised to call us on Monday to confirm the status. Did not do it. I had to call him to find out that they are still waiting for paperwork from our insurance. On Tuesday I had to call him again just to learn that he was on an off-site training in the morning. Once I found him, he confirmed that the car was ready to pick up after 5 pm. I told him I will be in the dealership after 7 pm and he accepted it. However, soon after he texted me asking to come at 6 which I could not make and rescheduled for the same time on Wednesday. Obviously on Wednesday at 7 pm we wasn't at the dealership either. At that time he had "an emergency" and had to leave without telling us. We assigned a different person who pulled the car for us and handed over the documents and keys. More
